 Interlocal Strategy Group is a full-service Government & Non-Profit consulting and research firm dedicated to empowering organizations, and institutions to achieve their goals. She is deeply committed to connecting people with the tools they need to thrive, balancing accounta

 Dr. Danielle L. Green is a nonprofit and operations executive with over 20 years of experience guiding local and national organizations through strategic planning, infrastructure development, operational growth, and leadership development. She is deeply committed to connecting people with the tools they need to thrive, balancing accountability with affirmation at every turn. In addition to her executive work, Dr. Green serves as an adjunct professor at William James College, where she teaches organizational leadership and mentors the next generation of emerging leaders. She also serves as Board Secretary for the Literacy Volunteers of America for Essex and Passaic Counties, New Member Chair for the Junior League of Montclair and Newark, and as a mentor for Blacks in I/O Psychology.

As a Research Consultant with the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, he has evaluated the effects of climate change on workforce development from Rhode Island to Utah and across the USA. Collaborating directly with state agencies and local governments to assess environmental policies, identify funding opportunities, and produce implementation strategies grounded in equity and impact. His work as a New Futures Research Fellow with Planet Reimagined has focused on equitable clean energy workforce strategies in New Mexico and Utah, including case studies aligned with the Common Grounds Initiative and advocacy materials for stakeholder engagement. He has also contributed to updating international SDG 7 environmental standards through his work with Kira Kira.

 Augusto is a results-driven public sector leader with deep experience in municipal administration, land use, housing policy, procurement, capital improvement and community engagement. As a Director he leads a multidisciplinary team overseeing a multiple million dollar budget allocation, serving simultaneously as Municipal Housing Liaison

 Augusto is a results-driven public sector leader with deep experience in municipal administration, land use, housing policy, procurement, capital improvement and community engagement. As a Director he leads a multidisciplinary team overseeing a multiple million dollar budget allocation, serving simultaneously as Municipal Housing Liaison within various economic development subcommittees. He has advanced rapidly through municipal administration by strengthening internal systems, improving regulatory compliance, and modernizing departmental operations. His earlier career spans public policy research for a global professional services firm in Washington, D.C., and government affairs work with a focus on federal budget and regulatory reform. Augusto is fluent in Portuguese and holds a Master of Public Administration and a B.A. in Political Science from Rutgers University.
